Ingredients

  • 350 grams Gluten-free all-purpose flour

  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 250 milliliters Warm water
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Eggs

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free all-purpose flour and xanthan gum and whisk them together until well blended.

Step 2

Add the instant yeast, sugar, and salt to the flour mixture and stir to combine.

Step 3

In a separate medium-sized bowl, whisk together the warm water, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and eggs until well mixed.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix using a wooden spoon or a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Beat the mixture on medium speed until the dough is smooth and slightly sticky, about 3-5 minutes.
