Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 8 Gluten-free slider rolls
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 4 slices Sliced cheddar cheese
  • 8 Lettuce leaves
  • 8 slices Sliced tomatoes
  • 16 Pickle slices
  • 0.5 cup Ketchup
  • 0.25 cup Mustard

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the grill or a frying pan over medium-high heat.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until just combined.

Step 3

Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each into a small, round patty, about 2-3 inches in diameter.

Step 4

Place the patties on the preheated grill or frying pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium doneness, or to your preference.

Step 5

If using cheese, place half a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

Step 6

While the patties are cooking, prepare the gluten-free slider rolls by cutting them in half horizontally and lightly toasting them if desired.

Step 7

Spread ketchup on the bottom half and mustard on the top half of each slider roll.

Step 8

Assemble the sliders by placing a lettuce leaf, a slice of tomato, the cooked beef patty, and two pickle slices on each bottom bun.

Step 9

Place the top half of the bun on each slider.

Step 10

Serve immediately with extra condiments on the side if desired.
