  • 1 clove Garlic clove, minced
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tbsp Gluten-free Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, gluten-free breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.

Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a flattened round patty about 2 cm thick.

Step 4

In a large non-stick skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Step 5

Add the beef rissoles to the skillet in a single layer, leaving space between each, and cook for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

Step 6

Remove the rissoles from the skillet and drain on a plate lined with paper towels.

Step 7

Serve the gluten-free beef rissoles hot, garnished with extra parsley if desired, alongside your favorite sides like mashed potatoes, salad, or steamed vegetables.
