Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Beef brisket
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 2 cups Gluten-free beef broth
  • 2 leaves Bay leaves
  • 1 large Yellow onion
  • 6 pieces Gluten-free sandwich rolls
  • 1 cup Pickles
  • 1 cup Gluten-free BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and onion powder.

Rub the spice mixture evenly over the beef brisket.

Heat vegetable oil in a large oven-safe pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
