Ingredients

  • 4 slices gluten-free bread
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 leaves iceberg lettuce
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Directions

Step 1

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.

2. Lay the bacon slices on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until they reach your desired level of crispiness.

3. While the bacon is cooking, wash and dry the lettuce leaves, and slice the tomato into 1/4 inch thick slices.
