Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Gluten-free bread slices
  • 3 pieces Bacon strips
  • 2 pieces Large eggs
  • 2 pieces Cheddar cheese slices
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise

Directions

Step 1

Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon strips until crispy, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove them from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.

Step 2

While the bacon is cooking, crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper, and whisk them together until well combined.

Step 3

In another non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet and gently stir with a spatula until they begin to set, creating soft scrambled eggs, about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
