Ingredients

  • 1 piece Gluten-free roll
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 3 slices Bacon
  • 2 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 teaspoon of olive oil.

Add the slices of bacon to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until crispy. Remove the bacon and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess fat.

In a small bowl, beat the eggs with salt and black pepper until well combined.
