Ingredients

  • 180 g almond flour
  • 60 g gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 85 g unsalted butter
  • 100 g granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 120 g apricot preserves (or any fruit preserves of choice)
  • 50 g sliced almonds

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour and gluten-free all-purpose flour.

In a separate bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and creamy using a hand mixer.
