  • 2 pieces Large eggs, room temperature
  • 0.5 cup Buttermilk, room temperature
  • 0.25 cup Milk
  • 0.75 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.25 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Powdered sugar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a doughnut pan with non-stick spray.

Step 2

In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and granulated sugar.
