Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 150 grams Plain yogurt (gluten-free)
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Ground garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 8 slices Gluten-free bread
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 piece Tomato, sliced
  • 0.5 piece Cucumber, sliced
  • 0.5 piece Red onion, thinly sliced

Directions

Step 1

In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, and all the ground spices including cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, garam masala, and salt.

Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips and add them to the marinade. Make sure each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to absorb.
