Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Ground cumin
  • 2 tsp Ground paprika
  • 1 tsp Ground turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp Ground allspice
  • 0.5 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh dill, chopped
  • 4 Gluten-free flatbreads
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 0.5 Red onion, thinly sliced

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, allspice, black pepper, salt, and minced garlic.

Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.
