  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 cloves, minced Garlic
  • 250 milliliters Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon, chopped Fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
