Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 cup Gluten-free chicken broth
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and sear for about 6 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
