  • 6 Lettuce leaves
  • 3 American cheese slices
  • 12 Pickle slices
  • 0.5 cup Gluten-free Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 tablespoon White sesame seeds
  • 3 Gluten-free toasted sandwich pickles

Directions

Step 1

In a bowl, combine ground chicken, gluten-free breadcrumbs, egg, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.

Step 2

Divide mixture into six equal portions and shape each portion into a round patty about 1/2 inch thick.

Step 3
