  • 4 pieces Gluten-Free Tortillas
  • 1.5 pounds Chicken Breast
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 8 slices Bacon
  • 0.5 cup Ranch Dressing (Gluten-Free)
  • 2 cups Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 0.5 medium Red Onion

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the chicken. Rinse and pat dry the chicken breast. Cut it into thin strips.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and minced garlic. Add chicken strips to the bowl and coat evenly in the seasoning mixture.

Step 3

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken strips and cook for about 7-8 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink inside. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, cook the bacon slices until they are crispy, approximately 3-4 minutes on each side. Once cooked, transfer them to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
