Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Gluten-free wraps
  • 400 grams Boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 2 large Avocado
  • 8 leaves Lettuce leaves
  • 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 medium Lime
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and cut them into thin strips.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine the chicken strips with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well to evenly coat the chicken.

Step 3

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken strips and cook for about 6-8 minutes or until fully cooked, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside.

While the chicken is cooking, slice the cherry tomatoes in half and finely slice the red onion.
