Ingredients

  • 4 slices Gluten-free sandwich bread
  • 1 piece Chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 4 leaves Lettuce leaves
  • 1 small Tomato
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 0.25 teaspoon Garlic powder

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Butterfly the chicken breast by slicing it in half horizontally to create two thinner pieces. Pat dry with paper towels.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Brush this mixture over both sides of the chicken pieces.

Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
