Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 0.25 cup gluten-free soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup gluten-free chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix the gluten-free soy sauce, gluten-free chicken broth, and cornstarch. Stir until the cornstarch is fully dissolved.

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
