Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cups broccoli florets

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons scallions
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Thinly slice the chicken breasts against the grain into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2

Mince the garlic cloves and finely grate the ginger piece.

Step 3

In a small bowl, combine the gluten-free soy sauce, cornstarch, and water. Mix until smooth and set aside.

In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
