Ingredients

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups broccoli florets

  • 0.5 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Place the chicken breasts in a pot and add water to cover them. Add a pinch of salt.

Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to a simmer. Cook the chicken for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked and no longer pink inside.
