Ingredients

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, beat the unsalted butter and brown sugar together until the mixture is light and fluffy.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the gluten-free all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
