Ingredients

  • 1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cups Broccoli florets
  • 3 cups Cooked brown rice
  • 1 10.5-ounce can Gluten-free cream of chicken soup
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Step 3

Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Step 4

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side or until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink inside. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside to cool.

While the chicken is cooling, steam the broccoli florets for about 5 minutes until they are just tender. Drain and set aside.
