Ingredients

  • 250 grams Gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Xanthan gum
  • 1 packet (7 grams) Instant yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 200 milliliters Warm water
  • 150 grams Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 100 grams Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 unit Egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Black sesame seeds (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, xanthan gum, instant yeast, sugar, and salt together.

Step 2

Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix the ingredients together until you form a sticky dough.

Step 3

Lightly flour a clean surface with some additional gluten-free flour and knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. If the dough is too sticky, sprinkle small amounts of flour as needed.

Place the dough back into the bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes or until doubled in size.
