  • 1 cup Plain yogurt
  • 0.5 cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander, chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine gluten-free all-purpose flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar. Mix well to ensure even distribution of ingredients.

Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the yogurt, warm water, and olive oil.
