Ingredients

  • 1 package Gluten-free puff pastry dough
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 0.5 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
  • 1 Egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Step 3

Add the fresh spinach leaves to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove the spinach from the pan and allow it to cool slightly. Once cool, squeeze out excess water and finely chop the spinach.

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, crumbled feta cheese, ricotta cheese, beaten egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
