  • 2.5 cups Gluten-free all-purpose flour

  • 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) Instant yeast
  • 1 cup Warm water (110°F/43°C)
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds (optional, for topping)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free all-purpose flour, tapioca starch, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, mix the warm water, eggs, olive oil, honey, and apple cider vinegar until well blended.

Step 3

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix using a wooden spoon or an electric mixer with a dough hook attachment, until a smooth, sticky dough forms.
