  • 4 large Gluten-free flour tortillas
  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Canned black beans
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 whole Avocado
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).

Trim excess fat from the pork shoulder and cut it into large chunks.
