In a medium bowl, combine lime juice, olive oil, gluten-free soy sauce, minced garlic, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
Place the flank steak in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for better flavor.
