  • 8 slices Fresh mozzarella cheese

  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Slice the large tomato into about 1/4 inch thick slices and set aside.

Step 3

Brush 1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil on one side of each slice of gluten-free bread.

Place the slices of bread, oil-side down, on the grill pan or skillet and toast until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
