Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Gluten-free burger buns
  • 250 grams Ground beef
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 slices Cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 2 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 small Tomato
  • 0.5 small Red onion
  • 2 tablespoons Gluten-free mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well-combined.

Step 3

Divide the beef mixture into two equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.

Step 4

Cook the patties on the grill or skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked to your desired doneness. If using cheddar cheese, place a slice on the patties during the last minute of cooking to allow it to melt.

Step 5

While the patties are cooking, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and fry them until the whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your liking. Remove from heat.

Step 6

Slice the tomato and red onion. Set aside.

Step 7

Toast the gluten-free buns on the grill or in a separate pan until they are lightly browned.

Step 8

Assemble the burger: Spread gluten-free mayonnaise and ketchup on the inner sides of the buns. Place the lettuce leaves on the bottom halves, followed by a beef patty, tomato slices, onion slices, and a fried egg. Top with the other half of the bun.

Step 9

Serve the burgers immediately, enjoy with your favorite sides.
