Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Gluten-free bread rolls
  • 2 pieces (approximately 400 grams) Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 large, sliced Tomato
  • 1 small, sliced Cucumber

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Step 2

Place the chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap and use a meat mallet or rolling pin to pound them to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.

Grill the chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
