Ingredients

  • 1 liter Gluten-free vegetable stock
  • 150 milliliters Heavy cream
  • 150 grams, crumbled Stilton cheese
  • 0 to taste Salt
  • 0 to taste Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.

Step 3

Add the broccoli florets to the pot, stirring to combine with the onions and garlic.

Step 4

Pour in the gluten-free vegetable stock and bring the mixture to a boil.
