  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 50 grams Gluten-free flour
  • 4 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken or turkey, half of the gluten-free breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, eggs, chopped parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

Separate the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about 1-inch thick.
