  • 5 grams Salt
  • 250 milliliters Warm Water
  • 30 milliliters Olive Oil
  • 1 large Egg
  • 8 slices Ham Slices
  • 8 slices Cheese Slices (gluten-free)
  • 1 large Egg (for egg wash)
  • 10 grams Sesame Seeds

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free all-purpose flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix the warm water, olive oil, and one egg. Whisk until well combined.
