  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 115 grams Unsalted butter, softened
  • 150 grams Granulated sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 60 milliliters Milk
  • 50 grams Granulated sugar for topping
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon for topping

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and 150 grams of sugar together using an electric mixer until the mixture is light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
