  • 4 pieces Gluten-free hamburger buns
  • 500 grams Ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese, gluten-free
  • 4 leaves Lettuce leaves
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 1 small Onion
  • 4 tablespoons Gluten-free mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons Gluten-free ketchup
  • 8 slices Pickles

Directions

Step 1

Start by shaping the ground beef into four equal patties, each about 1/2 inch thick. Season both sides of each patty with salt and black pepper.

Step 2

Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat and add olive oil.

Step 3

Once the skillet or grill is hot, place the beef patties on it. Cook for about 4 to 5 minutes on the first side until nicely seared.

Flip the patties and add one slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty. Cook for an additional 4 to 5 minutes, or until the beef patty is cooked to your desired level of doneness and the cheese is melted.
