  • 0.75 cup Gluten-free oats
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch square baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1.5 cups of gluten-free all-purpose flour, 0.5 cup of gluten-free oat flour, 1 cup of granulated sugar, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 0.5 teaspoon of salt.
