Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Peel and dice the beetroot into small cubes.

Finely chop the onion, garlic cloves, and ginger.

In a large pan, heat the coconut oil over medium heat.
