Ingredients

  • 16 pieces Button mushrooms
  • 500 grams Ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons Gluten-free soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped parsley
  • 16 pieces Toothpicks

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Step 2

Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems, setting them aside.

Step 3

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, gluten-free soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Take a small handful of the beef mixture, approximately 30 grams, and flatten it in your hand.

Place a mushroom cap, stem side down, on top of the flattened beef. Wrap the beef around the mushroom, ensuring it is completely covered. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
