  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 2 stalks green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

In a bowl, combine gluten-free soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to make the teriyaki sauce. Stir until sugar dissolves.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry, then add it to the teriyaki sauce. Stir well to combine.
