  • 1 cup, drained and rinsed Canned black beans
  • 1 cup Corn kernels
  • 1 large, diced Avocado
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups, crushed Gluten-free tortilla chips
  • 0.5 cup, chopped Cilantro
  • 1 large, juiced Lime
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Hot sauce

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced onion and cook for about 3-4 minutes until translucent.
