Ingredients

  • 500 grams Beef sirloin
  • 2 medium Onion
  • 60 ml Gluten-free soy sauce
  • 15 grams Cornstarch
  • 30 ml Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 15 grams Ginger
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips, approximately 1/4 inch thick.

Step 2

Peel and thinly slice the onions. Set aside.

Step 3

In a bowl, mix the beef strips with 30 ml of gluten-free soy sauce and cornstarch. Stir to coat the beef evenly. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Mince the garlic and ginger. Chop the green onions into 1-inch pieces and set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
