Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Gluten-free udon noodles
  • 1 pound Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Gluten-free soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce, gluten-free
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 Carrot, julienned
  • 3 Green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Cook the gluten-free udon noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water to create a slurry.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, combine the gluten-free soy sauce, gluten-free oyster sauce, and cornstarch slurry. Set aside.

Step 4

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
