  • 1 tablespoon Tapioca starch
  • 12 pieces Wooden skewers
  • 0.5 cup Peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Gluten-free tamari
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

1. Soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent them from burning during grilling.
