  • 8 pieces Gluten-free tortillas
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream (optional)
  • 0.5 cup Salsa (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil.

Add the diced onion and sauté for about 3 minutes until it starts to soften.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

Increase the heat to medium-high and add the ground beef to the skillet.
