  • 14.5 ounces Canned diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme
  • 1 leaf Bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice

Directions

Step 1

Clean the conch meat thoroughly and cut it into small bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, marinate the conch pieces with lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
