  • 4 slices Bacon
  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese

  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the gluten-free pancake mix, baking powder, milk, 1 egg, and maple syrup. Whisk until smooth. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes to thicken.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter to coat the surface.
