  • 4 pieces gluten-free croissants
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 6 pieces large eggs
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to warm the croissants.

Place the gluten-free croissants on a baking sheet and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook the bacon slices over medium heat until crispy, about 4-6 minutes. Remove from skillet and set them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.
