Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Gluten-free rolls
  • 8 slices Bacon
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Tomato, thinly sliced
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the gluten-free rolls on a baking tray and heat them in the oven for about 5 minutes or until slightly crispy and warm.

Step 2

While the rolls are heating, cook the bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, approximately 5-7 minutes. Transfer the cooked bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess fat.

Step 3

In the same skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet, keeping them separate to make individual fried eggs. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook the eggs to your desired doneness, about 3-4 minutes for sunny-side up.

Step 4

Remove the rolls from the oven and slice them in half horizontally. Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on the inside of each half.
