  • 200 milliliters Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 120 grams Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 150 grams Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Chives, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free all-purpose flour, xanthan gum, baking powder, and salt.

Add the cold, cubed butter to the dry ingredients. Using a pastry cutter or your fingers, work the butter into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
